Our Student Account Managers and staff are dedicated to providing you with the very best service. If you have any questions, please contact us at 908-879-4816. If you have been instructed to complete a background investigation, drug test or immunization management for an educational program, internship, volunteer, vendor program or other requirement, please follow the instructions below.

1) To order your requirements through our web-based system, click on the link OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND ORDER.

You will be prompted to provide the Program ID associated with your school, organization or health care facility that will allow you to order the correct requirements for your program. The Program ID should have been provided to you by the facility. If you do not have the Program ID, you cannot order the required report(s). Once you obtain the Program ID, return to complete the order process by logging in with your email address and the password you created.

2) Once you successfully order the required reports and your credit card payment has been approved, you will receive email confirmations through each stage of the background investigation, drug test and/or immunization/document management. You will receive an email notification when your report(s) has been completed.

You may login to your account and review the status of your order, retrieve a copy of the results or order additional reports as your studies progress.

Your email address is your Username. It is required to gain access to your account and reports.

We accept MasterCard and Visa,American Express and Discover. Your background investigation will not be processed unless valid credit card information is provided and payment is authorized. To avoid delays, please insure that accurate information is provided. The cost will appear as TABB INC. on your credit statement.
The results for New Jersey residents will take approximately seven to ten businesses days due to delays with the New Jersey State Police. Out of state searches are usually completed in two to three business days. The criminal research process cannot be expedited.
Yes, the results will be returned by email to the email address you provide. Please save the link to this site. You may login at anytime in the future to retrieve a copy of your report.
Yes. Your personal information, including your credit card information, is masked in our reporting system and is protected by multiple layers of security. Neither the college nor any facility will have access to your date of birth, your social security number or your credit card information. For identification purposes, only the last four digits of your social security number will be in your background investigation.
